Do you want to be part of a business that’s literally breathing life back into the planet?

Our client is the UK’s largest manufacturer of seaweed extracts and one of the most respected names in regenerative biostimulants. From soil enhancers to gut health feed supplements, their innovations are trusted globally by distributors and grower groups who value sustainability, productivity, and science-led performance.

As they continue their growth journey, we’re now recruiting a Technical Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of UK and agreed international sales. You’ll work with a portfolio of plant biostimulants—seaweed extracts, humic/fulvic acids, amino acids, wetting agents and more—with full technical, manufacturing and product training support.

Your Role

  • Build and grow a strong client base across UK agriculture, horticulture, hydroponics, and related sectors.

  • Manage all sales activity through Salesforce, deliver detailed forecasts, and hit ambitious sales targets.

  • Engage deeply with key stakeholders—from cereal crops and vineyards to greenhouse growers.

  • Identify new market opportunities, including reciprocal partnerships with European clients.

  • Champion their R&D-backed sustainability mission—reducing nitrogen inputs, improving soil health, and supporting regenerative agriculture.

    What You’ll Bring

  • A scientific background—degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry or similar.

  • 10+ years of technical sales experience in agriculture, biochemistry, or biostimulants.

  • Strong understanding of biostimulants and the UK agricultural market.

  • Strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).

  • The drive to make a commercial and environmental impact.

    What’s in It for You?

This is more than just a sales role. It’s a chance to shape the future of regenerative farming in the UK—supporting a company with global reach, cutting-edge research partnerships, and a bold growth agenda. You’ll have autonomy, backing, and the opportunity to significantly influence the business as it scales.
