Mon-Thurs: 8.30am-5.15pm (45-min lunch) | Fri: 8.30am-1pm

Our client - a respected, long-standing manufacturer with a strong reputation for customer service - is looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to join their team and help drive the next phase of their growth.

The Role:
You'll lead and develop a sales team of four Account Managers, driving strategy, growth, and performance. You'll play a key role in developing new business, reigniting lapsed accounts, and supporting existing client projects from costing to delivery.

Key responsibilities:
Drive new business and grow existing/lapsed accounts
Develop sales strategy and KPIs; track and optimise team performance
Support sales cycle: quoting, costing, project coordination
Lead from the front - mentor, motivate, and support the team
Identify marketing opportunities; attend trade shows and exhibitions
Ensure accurate CRM logging and strong internal communication
Collaborate with the Senior Management Team on wider strategy
About You:
You're a commercially focused leader with a strong background in Technical Sales - ideally in HVAC or pharmaceuticals - and confident interpreting technical drawings. You thrive in SME environments, lead by example, and love building structure and momentum within a sales team.
Proven SME experience and hands-on leadership style
Skilled in managing full sales cycles (SMEs and key accounts)
Process-driven with an eye for efficiency
Motivated, strategic, and results-oriented
