Healthcare Technical Account Manager (TAM)


A leading cybersecurity company specializing in cyber exposure management is seeking a Healthcare Technical Account Manager (TAM) to drive customer success for strategic healthcare clients across EMEA. The TAM will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the effective adoption of cybersecurity solutions and maximizing value across all levels of an organization.


Our client has a number of NHS Trust customers in the UK and good foothold in DACH and Benelux, you will become the SME for IoT Healthcare across EMEA. You will be traveling to meet customers, implementing new process and will have opportunities to speak at trade events


Responsibilities:

  • Lead adoption and implementation of cybersecurity solutions for healthcare customers.
  • Support medical/IoT device cybersecurity programs, including asset inventory and security controls.
  • Develop and implement healthcare cybersecurity programs aligned with industry regulations.
  • Track and measure success using customer dashboards and reports.
  • Provide guidance and share best practices with internal teams.
  • Establish trusted relationships with key stakeholders and technical users.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Engagement, Engineering, Product, Support, Sales) to ensure customer success.
  • Maintain expertise in healthcare IT, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, IS, CS, MIS, or equivalent certifications (CISSP, Security+, CEH).
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare cybersecurity, biomedical engineering, or IT security.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, regulations (UK/EMEA: DSPT, CAF, MHRA), and network security.
  • Experience in network engineering, architecture, or security design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with scripting and IT/medical device security best practices.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20-25% per quarter).

Preferred:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles (service delivery, account management).
  • Knowledge of healthcare/ICT devices, applications, and security implementations.
