We are a fast-growing team of young professionals. For our office in UK, we are looking for full timeTech L1 Support (m/f/d).


Responsibility

  • Fluent English and Mandarin, both in written and oral, to communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Be responsible for Geek+ System and Customers, provide quick responses and solutions
  • Record all events in SS ticket system
  • According to the impact and severity, be able to prioritize events and escalate issues
  • Assist Tech L2 Support in PROD issues
  • Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues
  • Document and maintenance system knowledge for team internally


Required Skill and Capability

  • Computer Science or related major
  • At least 1 year’s experience in IT support and services, warehousing experience is preferred
  • Excellent In Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
  • Basic IT knowledge in Linux, network and database performance
  • Be patient and good at analyzing situations in customer sites
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
