Tech L1 Support (m/f/d) .
Responsibility
Fluent English and Mandarin, both in written and oral, to communicate with customers and colleagues
Be responsible for Geek+ System and Customers, provide quick responses and solutions
Record all events in SS ticket system
According to the impact and severity, be able to prioritize events and escalate issues
Assist Tech L2 Support in PROD issues
Assist Hardware Support and other teams in PROD issues
Document and maintenance system knowledge for team internally
Required Skill and Capability
Computer Science or related major
At least 1 year’s experience in IT support and services, warehousing experience is preferred
Excellent In Database SQL, crystal report experience is preferred
Basic IT knowledge in Linux, network and database performance
Be patient and good at analyzing situations in customer sites
Self-driven, customer-focused, striving to achieve customer success
