Role Summary

ICNE Ltd is seeking a dedicatedSenior Research Analyst (Forage)to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll ensure the delivery of high-quality forage analysis services while contributing to the advancement of our offerings.

This role is 100% office based.

Main Duties

• Deliver timely and quality forage analysis services.
• Conduct analyses using NIRS and ICP-OES techniques and write detailed reports.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring competency in our analysis service.
• Collaborate with the Laboratory Manager to develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.
• Represent our expertise at industry conferences and identify research opportunities to enhance our services.
• Maintain laboratory standards and compliance with safety protocols.

Personal Attributes

• At least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in ICP-OES and NIRS analytical techniques
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as working collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to work to high standards following current guidelines and SOPs
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• The confidence to present and explain ideas to originators and stakeholders
• Ability to work well within a fast paced, hard-working and creative environment
