This associate-level role is ideal for a search consultant or talent acquisition professional keen to to make a significant impact within a growing consultancy and progress their career. We are a hybrid business with offices in central Leeds and Cheltenham, allowing us to prioritise flexibility and balance while recognising the value of collaboration. To foster creativity and connection, we host regular hub days in key UK cities for brainstorming, learning, and team-building.


As aTalent Partner, you will develop strong client and candidate relationships, lead end-to-end

search projects, and expand our business into a new vertical. This role suits a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced industry.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Development: Taking a great story and strong products and services into the market. You will identify and pursue opportunities in new sectors of the pharmaceutical outsourcing industry, building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Recruitment Delivery: Supported with rich technology and resources, you will own and manage the entire the recruitment lifecycle for roles, including client briefing, candidate sourcing and screening strategies, interview coordination, offer negotiation and pre-boarding.
  • Relationship Management: Developing strong relationships with candidates and clients, sits at the heart of Vectors success. You will continue to grow into a trusted advisor. Providing coaching and advice to support growth within a business.
  • Talent Community Growth: Build, nurture, and expand our fast-growing talent community through innovative engagement strategies and insight-driven marketing content.
  • Strategic Market Research: Conduct detailed market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, identify new talent pools, and tailor recruitment strategies to client needs.



What You Will Bring to Vector:

  • Previous experience in recruitment consultancy or talent acquisition, ideally already have strong exposure from the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or CDMO/CRO sectors with a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes and building long-lasting client relationships.
  • Strong business development acumen, a hunter mentality with a knack for identifying and converting opportunities into client partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-buildingskills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindsetwith the ability to conduct and apply market research effectively.
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and passionfor contributing to the growth of a business.
  • Eagerness to innovate and buildwithin the pharmaceutical outsourcing talent space.
