Are you passionate about driving operational excellence in recruitment? We’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Operations Specialist to lead and optimize recruitment processes, systems, and service delivery across a global organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, efficient, and data-driven recruitment experience for candidates, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and cross-functional teams to align recruitment operations with strategic hiring goals, enhance service quality, and foster continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution: Translate hiring strategies into actionable operational plans. Support leadership in aligning recruitment delivery with business objectives.
Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day recruitment operations, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
Performance Insights: Leverage data and analytics to monitor recruitment performance, identify trends, and drive improvements.
Process Optimization: Standardize and refine recruitment workflows using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to boost efficiency and consistency.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central liaison between Talent Acquisition and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external recruitment partners to ensure quality and compliance.
Campaign Hiring: Support the execution of high-volume or cyclical hiring programs across multiple regions.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in recruitment operations within a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
Strong background in process improvement and continuous optimization.
Proficiency in using recruitment metrics and dashboards to inform decisions.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably SuccessFactors.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
Experience managing external vendors and recruitment campaigns.
