Pro4orm People Ltd have partnered with an integrated pathology service provider in the search for a talented and knowledgeable Pharmacist, to join their healthcare team in the Superintendent Pharmacist role.


The role will involve setting up the Pharmacy division from scratch and then building a team.


This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, full on project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide and execute a roadmap for the necessary regulatory arrangements for the service.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop pharmacy operations and drive business growth across the business.
  • Provide initial coverage for all pharmaceutical duties, from regulatory to those of responsible pharmacist, eventually building out a team of other talented pharmacists.
  • Provide comprehensive (physical and regulatory) medication management and patient care services.
  • Administer medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Offer expert advice on the safe use of medications, including dosage, administration routes, and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about medication therapies, promoting adherence and understanding of treatment regimens.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of medication dispensing.


Requirements

  • GPhC registered Pharmacist either a Superintendent Pharmacist or Responsible Pharmacist
  • *****MUST BE an Independent Prescriber
  • *****Must have previously set up a Pharmacy from Scratch
  • Excellent leadership skills and start up energy
  • Based in the West Sussex area
