Objective of the Role

We are seeking an experiencedStrategic Client Directorto serve as atrusted advisorandprimary point of contactfor our pharmaceutical clients. In this role, you will focus on providingstrategic counsel and support, identifying opportunities for collaboration, driving sales growth, and helping clients leverageAirfinity’s solutionsto meet their objectives. Your goal is tostrengthen client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and sustainably grow our businessthrough value-added engagement rather than transactional sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as atrusted partnerto key executives within pharmaceutical companies, advising ondata and analytics strategiesthat address their unique challenges and objectives.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Driverevenue growthby identifying new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding our footprint across the DACH region. Developaccount strategies, negotiate contracts, and close dealsthat align with client needs and Airfinity’s value proposition.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurturelong-term, consultative relationshipswith senior stakeholders (Director to Executive level) inBrand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
  • Tailored Solutions: Collaborate with internalproduct and analyst teamsto design and proposebespoke solutionsfor clients, ensuring each recommendation isrooted in client-specific insights and goals.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay current onindustry trends, regulations, and policiesin the pharmaceutical sector, proactively sharing relevant updates and recommendations with clients.
  • Representation: RepresentAirfinityatindustry conferences and events, demonstratingthought leadershipand cultivating opportunities to support clients’ evolving needs.



Skills, Qualifications, and Profile


Experience & Knowledge:

  • 5+ yearsofKey Account Management, consultative sales, or business developmentexperience withSaaS, data and analytics, or consulting servicesin the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Prior experience selling to and working withlarge pharmaceutical clients.


Key Competencies:

  • Sales & Commercial Acumen: A proven ability todrive revenue growth, manage sales pipelines, and negotiate complex deals while maintaining aclient-centric approach.
  • Client-Centric Mindset: Proven track record ofbuilding trust-based relationshipsand delivering high-value, consultative guidance to clients.
  • Strategic Process Orientation: Familiarity with frameworks such asMEDDPIC, SPIN, or MH methodologies, and an ability to apply these to aconsultative, client-focused sales approach.
  • Communication & Influence: Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse stakeholders and effectively articulatingactionable insights.
  • Intellectual Curiosity: A passion forcontinuous learning and professional development, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
  • Self-Motivated & Results-Oriented: Ability to workindependently, set and achieve goals, and drivemeaningful outcomes for clients.


Additional Requirements:

  • Travel: Willingness totravel as neededto meet clients, attend events, and represent Airfinity.
  • Language Skills:Fluency in Englishis essential.
