Job Description:

Proclinical is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be actively involved in coding across various components of the Atom5 platform. You will work in an agile environment, developing features based on sprint priorities. Collaboration is key, as you will share ideas, mentor team members, and guide them through technology architecture and implementation. Staying updated with industry trends and embracing new technologies is essential. A curious mindset and a willingness to explore the tools and libraries you use are highly valued.


Responsibilities:

- Engage in hands-on coding across the Atom5 platform.

- Develop features according to sprint priorities in an agile setting.

- Collaborate with the team, sharing and reviewing ideas.

- Mentor and guide team members in technology architecture and implementation.

- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies.

- Explore and understand the inner workings of tools and libraries used.


Key Skills and Requirements:

- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices.

- Effective communication skills for stakeholder and team interactions.

- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java or JavaScript/TypeScript).

- Familiarity with core frameworks and libraries such as Spring Boot, ReactJS, React Native, and Docker.

- Comfortable working in a Linux environment.

- Experience in the full software product lifecycle from design to operational considerations.

- Ability to write clean code with a focus on simplicity, testing, and productivity.

- Prioritize user experience and security in your work.
