Social Listening Consultant – Contract

UK-based (remote)

£200-£300 per day (outside IR35)


Our client, an award-winning insight & strategy agency, is seeking a Social Listening Consultant for a fast-paced engagement on behalf of a global pharmaceutical company’s respiratory portfolio. Your focus will be on the Saudi Arabia market to surface rich patient and caregiver conversations that inform brand strategy, product positioning, and go-to-market planning.


Role & Responsibilities


  • Social Listening & Analysis: Build, refine, and execute Boolean queries in Brandwatch (required) and Keyword.io (highly desirable)
  • Monitor and analyse conversations around sleep disruption; colds, flu & viral infections; respiratory functions (lung capacity, oxygen care, breathing problems), and related health topics
  • Data Gathering & Synthesis: Aggregate insights from online forums, social media channels, and review sites
  • Identify trends, sentiment shifts, and emerging themes
  • Insight Commentary: Craft concise, compelling narratives and slide-ready summaries
  • Present findings alongside strategic recommendations to the project lead and wider team
  • Collaboration: Work closely under the project lead’s guidance, coordinating with analysts covering other markets to ensure consistency and share best practices


Skills & Experience


  • Definite: Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Brandwatch (mandatory)
  • Keyword.io (strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record in Boolean query writing/editing
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and interpret social, search, and review data
  • Clear, engaging commentary and presentation skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
  • Excellent verbal and written English; fluency in Arabic
