We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Product Manager to join our Services Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and lifecycle to align with our goals and meeting the needs of our customers. You will partner with Product managers across our portfolio to focus and execute on our Strategic NPI roadmap, which will increase Agilent’s connection to the installed base.

The Services Product Management team is a global team and will enable you to collaborate with other functions and customers from around the globe. The ideal candidate will have previous Product Management experience, understand the product lifecycle, and track record of achieving successful ramp-to-volume with Service products.

Responsibilities include:
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities for product innovation.

• Develop business cases and support the prioritization of new features and products.

• Act as the main point of contact for product-related questions and updates.

• Coordinate product launches, working with relevant teams to ensure all aspects (marketing, sales, support) are aligned.
• Engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather insights and refine product features.

• Ensure that products deliver value to customers and solve real problems.

• Maintain a strong understanding of user personas, pain points, and user behavior.

• Analyze key performance metrics to assess product performance and use data to guide decisions on product improvements and optimizations.

• Provide management updates and status reports of business results

Qualifications

Previous demonstrated track record of launching new products and successful ramp-to-volume. Experience in working with worldwide customers and is a strong advocate for customer focus and customer driven development; demonstrated success with “voice of the customer” Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint and Teams Excellent English verbal & written communication skills, other languages are a plus. Ability to work independently to plan, prioritize workload, schedule time, assess and solve problems Familiar with life science hardware, analytical chemistry hardware and software preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Science related field or equivalent. MBA preferred.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
