The Company:

Our client is a global leader in water treatment solutions, operating across a wide range of industrial and commercial sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and Food & Beverage. With a strong reputation for innovation and sustainability, they provide end-to-end water treatment services to some of the world's most demanding industries.

The Role - Service Engineer:

As a Field Service Engineer, you will carry out essential maintenance and servicing of water purification systems, primarily within the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting routine and reactive maintenance on customer sites.
  • Providing technical advice and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and safety compliance.
  • Supporting a well-established client base with a proactive and professional approach.
  • Covering a local area but occasional nights away for training

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally qualified to minimum Level 3 in an engineering or chemical.
  • Experienced as a field based engineer/technician working on healthcare or medical device or scientific instrumentation
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship
  • Based within 25 miles of Sheffield

The Package:

  • Basic salary: £32,000 - £34,000
  • Realistic OTE: £45,000+, due to overtime and commission opportunities! Highest earner took additional 25K last year
  • Company vehicle, tools, PPE fully expensed
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Birthday off!
  • Company pension, healthcare, mobile, iPad
  • Comprehensive product training and ongoing development
