Job Description: Do you consider yourself a self-starter with a passion for projects involving innovative methods in health economics and outcomes research? Are you a confident leader of internal teams and in front of clients? If so, we want to talk to you! We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remotely or out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development
Understands the strengths and limitations of various approaches and proposes tailored solutions
Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to teams and stakeholders
Aligns business and team goals, and proactively identifies new business opportunities
Collaborates across business units on strategy and execution
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
Reviewing and approving deliverables
Managing client relationships and expectations
Leading team development and mentorship
Participating in resource planning and strategic discussions
Developing operational processes
Facilitating communication within teams and resolving conflicts
Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals and presentations
Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business opportunities
Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
Travel may be required, domestically and internationally
Qualifications and experience:
15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership with proven success
Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, biology, biochemistry, or related field
Experience leading research teams with direct and indirect reports
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
