Job Description:

We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic modeling
Understands various research approaches and can propose tailored solutions
Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results
Aligns business and team goals, proactively identifies new opportunities
Collaborates across business units
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Leading multiple projects ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
Managing client relationships and expectations
Leading team development and mentorship
Strategic planning and resource management
Supporting team communication and morale
Providing methodological input and sign-off
Establishing partnerships and driving new business
Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
Travel may be required
Requisite experience and qualifications:
15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
Experience leading research teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
