Collaborate with our internal system integration developers, and/or external developer partner resources (when needed) to scope and plan the functional process design, integration development & testing schedules, including all dependencies and hand-offs. Help promote and drive efficient approaches and methods.
Define & document clear integration requirements definitions, including data field mappings and technical/business process flow expectations. Coordinate the business process owners and subject-experts as well as the source & target system owners to align on a common process requirement. Own the functional specifications document for new integrations, contributing content directly and through facilitation of requirements & design analysis among the stakeholders (e.g., process flows, data field mappings, etc.).
Coordinate with integration developers and process key users to perform unit and end-to-end testing of system integrations. Facilitate the testing planning, methods and test execution, including coordination of test cases, test preparations across systems and test data, testing execution, and test results tracking.
