The implementation of DRIVE includes the rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including standard processes that are documented and maintained across all functions.

Job Description

  1. Reporting to Lead Solution Architect, be the point of contact for Enterprise Architecture for DRIVE across Factories, Selling Entities and Dependencies programmes (plus links between Selling Entities and RSS Acceleration programme).
  2. Support the DRIVE IT Function Leads / Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries and asks from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
  3. Work with the DRIVE Leadership team to ensure resource is available as required working with the EA Lead Architects.
  4. Liaise with other members in the EA team where specific expertise is required e.g. FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data etc.
  5. Coordinate with other functions e.g. Engineering, Finance, Operations to ensure solution changes are understood and assessed alongside one another.
  6. Act as the solution governance across the processes, platforms, systems, and applications.
  7. Ensure the deliverables required as part of each deployment phase are consolidated, delivered and reviewed/approved e.g. updated solution blueprint, solution design documents created by the relevant architects.
  8. Support the architecture governance process in identifying opportunities for appropriate use of system.
  9. Analyse business requirements working with the Business Analysis team and work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between their expectations and current/future technology capability.
  10. Create the technical vision from business requirements and lead the development of a systems solution.
  11. Document the relevant platform solution architecture across process, software, data and infrastructure.

Qualifications

  1. Experience of D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service) with Configure Price Quote solutions (e.g. e-Con / Experlogix) for more complex quoting scenarios.
  2. Experience of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management with product configurators and knowledge of product configurations & bill of materials (BOMs) linking to items/products.
  3. General CRM/ERP cross-system knowledge and experience including handoffs and integrations.
  4. Understanding of Project Execution (use of Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM and integrating to D365 CE for Sales/Field Service).
  5. Experience working with document generation and management (Lasernet / Loftware beneficial) across D365 F&SCM and CE.
  6. Appreciation and understanding of product data management across ERPs and CRMs.
  7. Experience of large technology projects, including strategic and tactical planning plus implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
