What You’ll Need
Advanced Education: PhD or postdoctoral experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
Industry/Academic Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of academic or industrial laboratory experience, with a strong command of synthetic chemistry reactions and techniques.
Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary scientific teams.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Prowess: Expertise in advanced laboratory skills for synthesis of complex organic molecules.
