What You’ll Need

Advanced Education: PhD or postdoctoral experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry.Industry/Academic Expertise: A minimum of 2 years of academic or industrial laboratory experience, with a strong command of synthetic chemistry reactions and techniques.Teamwork: Proven ability to collaborate effectively in multi-disciplinary scientific teams.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Technical Prowess: Expertise in advanced laboratory skills for synthesis of complex organic molecules.Commitment to Excellence: Adherence to safety, GMP standards, and maintaining clear, accurate laboratory records.
