What is Androlabs and when did we start? Founded in February 2021 through the acquisition of products from Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Androlabs is a rapidly growing global men's health pharmaceutical company. Our products are available in over 20 countries across Europe, the UK, and Australia.
What is our mission and how do we work? Our mission is to improve outcomes for men by supporting their prevention and treatment journeys. We currently offer two prescription products used by millions across the EU and beyond. Men are often underdiagnosed and undertreated, especially for low testosterone and erectile dysfunction. We are rethinking traditional pharma models by emphasizing targeted, science-led prescriber engagement.
Requirements The Role We are seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our expanding sales team across Europe. You will ensure our sales processes are efficient, data is actionable, and the team is well-equipped. Your role involves optimizing tools, systems, and insights to support field activities, enabling smarter decisions, shorter sales cycles, and effective engagement with healthcare professionals.
Who will you work with? You will collaborate with the Head of Sales, Commercial Director, Marketing Manager, and in-field sales team.
Your Core Responsibilities Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor performance, pipeline health, and KPIs; create dashboards and reports; track sales against targets; provide insights and recommendations.
Data-Driven Sales Enablement: Link input metrics to sales outcomes; assist in sales forecasting; identify process improvements to enhance productivity.
CRM & Tool Management: Manage HubSpot CRM; ensure data quality; train team members; optimize sales processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing to align efforts; support strategic planning with data insights.
Requirements Must-haves:
Experience in sales operations or commercial analytics, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong commercial mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
Proficiency with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
Experience linking sales activities to outcomes and influencing decisions
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
CRM familiarity and data management experience
Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solver
Strong collaboration skills
Nice to have:
SQL knowledge
Experience with HubSpot
Degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related fields
