Job description
Job Title: Senior Compliance Manager
The role involves providing expertregulatory compliance adviceto the business operations. Working for aleading insurance companyyou will support compliance leadership, execute the compliance plan, lead on projects, drive compliance culture, offering leadership and coaching to the compliance team, and potentially overseeing FCA's Certification Regime in the future.

Support compliance leadership, providing business partner services.Advise on regulatory risks, governance, and compliance monitoring.Ensure compliance standards are embedded in the business.Measures of Success:
Risks identified and managed. Timely, high-quality compliance advice. Positive feedback from stakeholders. Effective delivery of projects.Skills & Experience:
5+ year's compliance experience in insurance/financial services. Strong knowledge of FCA/PRA rules. Excellent stakeholder management and communication.The latest news, articles, and resources, sent to your inbox weekly.
