Senior Quantity Surveyor QWERTY

We have extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities; specialising in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases from consulting, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

This commitment is delivered by an experienced and highly competent workforce of over 4,500 employees operating from 14 offices in strategic industrial hubs, upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance and quality.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your activities will include the following, but are not limited to:

Month End Auto-WIP & Journal returns
Co-ordination of AFC & internal Rolling Forecasts
Provision of information for Monthly Reports
Review of EW notifications & BUK responses or notifications downstream & upstream
Liaising with Client on compensation events, payment allocation queries or disallowed items
Cost Analysis via SAP & Power BI
Assisting CM on compilation of Project Board Reports
Calculation of BOQ star rates
Remeasurement of BOQ
Update Commercial Registers i.e. CE, EW, Plant, Sales Invoices etc.
Drafting of notifications including letters
Overseeing of Subcontract Management processes
Value analysis– SOR, FP, day works
Change Management – Notification, Quotation & Agreement of Compensation Events
Payment Application & Invoicing
Innovation to improve job margin

Experience Required

Knowledge of NAECI Agreement
Experience on major Construction Projects
NEC4 Option B Contracts
Standard Method of Measurement
Basic knowledge of P6 programmes
