The Linthwaite production site is a Centre of Excellence for semi-solids and liquids manufacturing. Joining a team of other project engineers, you'll be responsible for delivering capital projects across the UK Cluster relating to upgrades and renewals to site services and equipment. Candidates will have experience of Construction Engineering or Asset/Machine Engineering.
On a day to basis, you will preparing accurate project budgets for new capital projects, define and deliver project milestones on time and to budget, review and approve design work from external suppliers and manage contractors on site and throughout the project lifecycle.
This role is an ideal stepping stone for a candidate with a solid foundation of project engineering experience, ready to make their next career move to managing larger scale projects, developing people management skills and gaining exposure to working with senior stakeholders.

Degree educated or equivalent in an engineering discipline. Project Management Qualification would be highly desirable (APM PMQ or equivalent).
A solid foundation of project engineering experience and knowledge of project management systems include stage gates
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget. Experience of managing CapEx projects to the value of £5M+ is essential.
Technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical and process systems.
Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage although general FMCG manufacturing experience is acceptable.
Strong HSE knowledge and focus. NEBOSH qualified would be highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate and influence senior management and external suppliers
Some projects may take place at the other UK Cluster sites so ability to travel to other sites required
Previous experience of managing contactors and writing permits.
