About You
As a Senior / Principal Architect – Life Sciences, you will have experience in delivering projects from concept to detailed design within the life science sector, including laboratories and GMP manufacturing facilities. You will be part of an enthusiastic and committed team of Architects and Technicians dedicated to delivering high-quality outputs.
To succeed, you should exhibit high levels of creativity, imagination, vision, and enthusiasm to produce distinctive architectural solutions, along with a solid knowledge of technical details and specifications.
Key Purpose

Our projects range from large-scale discovery and R&D facilities supporting the science community, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, bioscience, and fine chemicals, to laboratory refurbishments across the UK and Europe. Manage time, cost, quality, resources, and delivery, including clear communication with departments and management to meet project and customer requirements.
Oversee the preparation of enquiry plans, tender reviews, fee estimates, scopes of work, and change controls.
Monitor project fee spend and ensure delivery of commercial objectives, including CVR management.
Manage costs of further works and resource plans.
Each project is unique. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures schemes are compliant, safe, and flexible enough for reconfiguration and expansion as market needs evolve.
Many positions require security clearance. The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain the necessary clearance levels as required by our clients and sectors.
