Role OverviewAs a Senior Material Planner, you will be responsible for planning and controlling the supply of materials to support GMP Manufacturing operations. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that inventory levels meet production demands, collaborating across teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Define replenishment methods and inventory targets for consumables and raw materials.

Utilise Material Master data for system optimisation and integration.

Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Procurement to maintain a seamless Demand-to-Supply process.

Manage Material Requirement Planning (MRP), ensuring timely procurement and supplier coordination.

Schedule material supplies to align with production needs and warehouse capacity.

Proactively address material shortages that impact manufacturing timelines.

Maintain batch traceability and ensure accuracy in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) transactions.

Monitor inventory levels, ensuring they remain within agreed targets.

Support Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) processes in partnership with Procurement.

Develop and enhance Logistics training programs, standardising global procedures.

Contribute to the establishment of a centralised planning concept for remote site operations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
Proven Material Planning/MRP experience, preferably in GMP Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical sectors.

Expertise in Material Management ERP Systems, ideally SAP.

Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
