The Role:

We are seeking an experiencedSenior Marketing Managerto lead our European marketing strategy, with a focus on Germany and key EU markets. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding ofEuropean pharmaceutical regulations, particularly those affecting medical devices, contrast agents, or radiopharmaceuticals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's presence, supporting product launches, and ensuring compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the European region, with emphasis on Germany.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to EU and local pharmaceutical advertising and promotion regulations.
  • Drive brand awareness, market penetration, and product differentiation in the medical imaging segment.
  • Manage agency relationships, promotional campaigns, congress presence, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Proven track record in EU pharmaceutical marketing compliance (e.g., EFPIA Code, AMG/Heilmittelwerbegesetz).
  • Experience in medical imaging, radiology, or diagnostic pharmaceuticals strongly preferred.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
  • Fluent in English; German proficiency is a significant plus.
  • Degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a bonus.
