LawFlexis seeking an experienced and commercially mindedSenior Legal Counselto support a fast-growing, international organisation operating at the intersection ofmedical devices, technology, and healthcare. This is an opportunity to step into asenior legal roleproviding strategic legal and business guidance across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets.


As part of the EMEA Legal Team and local leadership group, you'll work across high-impact projects with teams in commercial, regulatory, marketing, HR, and compliance functions. You'll take ownership of a diverse and stimulating portfolio of legal work in a high-growth, highly regulated industry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act aslead legal advisoracross the UKI and Nordics region
  • Advise oncommercial contracts, regulatory matters, advertising, IP, competition, and interactions with healthcare professionals
  • Support cross-functional teams withday-to-day legal guidance, balancing commerciality and compliance
  • Lead or support on matters involvingdata protection, brand protection, anti-bribery, and employment law
  • Engage ininternal investigationsand manage disputes where needed
  • Provide legal training and risk-based education to internal teams (e.g., competition, HCP engagement)
  • Partner with HR, Compliance, and Global Legal functions to support a robust governance framework
  • Work closely with senior business leaders, contributing to strategic initiatives


Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitorwith 8+ years’ PQE
  • Strong in-house and/or law firm experience, ideally withinmedical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or tech sectors
  • Deep familiarity withUK and EU commercial law, and regulatory frameworks governing healthcare and consumer-facing industries
  • Comfortable leading complex legal matters independently, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience handlingmulti-jurisdictional matters, and working withindiverse, cross-functional teams
  • Collaborative, commercial, and adept at balancing legal risk with business strategy
