Title

– IT Business Partner - HR Digital / AI Strategy and Solutions
Location – Cambridge, UK (Hybrid 2-3 days per week in HQ)
Outside IR35
Duration – 3 months

Overview:

The HR Solutions Business Partner will develop strategic relationships with HR Solutions & Performance, GBS HR Services and HR Digital to partner with them in achieving and exceeding business objectives. The Senior Business Partner will bring in depth thought leadership on the HR technology landscape, and especially the opportunities offered by AI, to drive the delivery of an ambitious Technology Strategy and Roadmap that drives delivery of innovative business solutions to create maximum competitive advantage. The role will combine their AZ internal knowledge, in-depth understanding of the business area direction, and IT expertise to drive the creation of innovative technology solutions.

Required experience:
Has 10+ years' experience in Business Partnering role supporting HR and the Digital HR strategy.
Has demonstrated the ability to create a ground up Digital HR strategy to enable the functional HR agenda
Has demonstrated the ability to deliver ​strong business outcomes (ie cost savings, benefits realisation, cost optimisation) through Digital Strategy.
Supported the re-imagination of the HR Operating Model with AI being the core enabler.
Led complex HR transformation programs successfully including accountability of business case realisation.
Has demonstrated the ability to innovate and scale HR Tech capabilities across the enterprise
Must have good understanding of Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, Eightfold and AI LLM models.

Desirable :
Degree or relevant business qualification
Experience in and knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
Involvement in pharma thought leadership networks and organisations
Agile development methodologies
