Asour newSeniorHuman FactorsEngineer,you willfocusoncollecting quality data about our users and their capabilities as well asbeingago-to personfor the local team to learn aboutwho our users are andwhat theyneed.With this crucial information, you will guide the project teams towardsdevelopinginnovativesolutions – ensuring the users areatthecentrefrom the get-go. You will bepart of the process fromthevery beginning, through the device development,to launch-and beyond.
Main responsibilities in this role include - butare not limitedto:
Role-modelling in all phases, fromthe early-stage user research roleto the late-stage regulatory requirements, process, and deliverables.
Continuous inspiration and education of the rest of the organization.Especially the local team.
Deploy a variety ofprimary and secondaryresearch techniques to collect and process data across multiple areas, including field research, usability testing, ergonomics, expert review,etc.
Conducting human factors applied research in the development of newsolutions.
Act asan internal consultantprovidingfirsthandinsightsto supportdevelopment and product enhancement.
Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
Coaching and reviewing the work of colleagues

Minimum Education –bachelor’s degree in humanFactors Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Cognitive Engineering, Industrial Design, Psychology, orotherrelevantmajors.
Minimum5years of experience from a regulated industry (Pharma or MedTech)and/or withinUser Research & Human Factors from consumer products.
