Responsibilities:
Deliver practical chemistry projects within cost, quality, and time constraints.
Contribute to the development of new processes for pharmaceutical products.
Ensure the quality, integrity, and delivery of scientific projects.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.Qualifications and Skills:
PhD in chemistry or significant industry experience.
Strong understanding of organic synthesis, scale-up, and process chemistry.
Expertise in practical synthetic chemistry techniques.
Passion for science, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach.
