THE COMPANY
Our client is based in the Southwest of England and is a multidisciplinary agency that manages and designs events on behalf of clients internationally!
They manage exhibition and symposia activities at a large number of medical congresses for their key pharmaceutical clients. They will also build and manage exhibition stands as well as the satellite symposia that their client sponsors during these exhibitions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplinary agency based in the Southwest!
THE ROLE
The Project Manager will be responsible for client exhibits; overseeing the complete management of projects through their entire lifecycle - from design concepting and budgeting through to delivery and client handover of each project

  • Providing expert advice to support client decision making on their exhibition presence - working closely with the Client Services team
  • Attend key client meetings and reviews
  • Ensure post project debriefs, lessons learned, data/metrics analysis etc. are undertaken and shared with relevant stakeholders
  • Support the new business team in pitch work for new clients
  • Be able to project estimates and analyse profitability of projects
    THE CANDIDATE
    The ideal candidate will have demonstrable skills in project management, client/colleague communication and liaison, time and process management, budget spreadsheets and supplier negotiation. They must appreciate the role of good design, have a level of creative experience, understand detail drawings and have a sound understanding of build materials and production techniques including kit and graphics.
