Are you an experienced HVAC Commissioning Engineer looking to join a leading company with over 20 years of expertise in building services and water treatment solutions? This is an exciting opportunity to work with a specialist team delivering high-profile projects across Ireland and Europe in sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, data centres, and semiconductors. On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company based in Dublin, with additional offices in Sligo and a new location in Germany. Known for its commitment to quality, health and safety, and environmental standards, the company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certifications. You will be in charge of a highly skilled team delivering commissioning, water treatment, heat load testing, cleanroom validation, and BIM consultancy services for major clients across Ireland and Europe.

In this varied and autonomous role, you will be responsible for leading HVAC commissioning projects, managing site activities across Europe, and ensuring all work meets strict industry standards. On a rotating 3 week cycle, you will liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety across the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden, France and Spain.

This role would suit a Senior Commissioning Engineer with strong HVAC experience, excellent technical knowledge, and proven leadership skills. You should be confident managing multiple projects, working independently, and committed to continuous professional development within a supportive and growing company across a Europe.

Lead HVAC commissioning projects
Manage site activities and compliance
Liaise with clients and contractors
Deliver projects on time and budget

The Person:

Experienced in HVAC commissioning
CSA Qualification Level 3
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Able to lead teams and projects
Willing to travel regularly
