Senior Client Partner, Global Commercial, Consulting and Real-World Strategy, EMEA
Role Overview
As a Client Partner, you will support selected client products/assets or own them from the perspective of building relationships with global stakeholders such as the brand team. The focus will be on crafting solutions including consulting, analytic services, real-world evidence, and technology elements like performance management and insights.
This role operates across the client organization, especially with senior global stakeholders, to define and execute priorities that advance the client business, serving as the conduit between the client and IQVIA.
This position is key and involves partnering closely with the Global Account Director (GAD), regional KAMs, R&D Managing Director, Technology Client Partner, and Real-World Client Partner or account director to drive the account's success aligned with both short-term and long-term goals.
Our Commercial Solutions customers are diverse, including Therapy area leaders, Regional Leaders, Commercial Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Brand, Market Access, Business Analytics, and Contracting. The connection between Commercial customers and Clinical Development and Real-World teams is also crucial.
Responsibilities
Drive global business growth focusing on revenue and profitability within the assigned account and target assets.
Support the development and execution of the Commercial & Medical Affairs account asset strategy, coordinating with the broader team.
Align the asset strategy with RDS & RWE to ensure integrated 'Molecule to Market' engagement.
Build long-term relationships with asset and brand leaders to ensure sustained revenue growth in Commercial areas such as Analytics, Consulting, RWE, and Technology.
Influence client strategy and position IQVIA through thought leadership and innovation, leveraging senior resources and subject matter experts.
Proactively engage with client asset and brand teams, anticipating needs and developing cross-functional solutions.
Lead the Commercial go-to-market initiatives for headquarters or global buying centers in areas like Consulting, Analytics, RWE, and Advanced Analytics.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following areas:
Expertise in Pharma & Life Sciences Commercial domain, understanding business strategies of large pharmaceutical companies gained in a professional service environment.
Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
Excellent consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs, pulling together cross-functional teams for solutions.
Experience engaging with senior executives.
Solution development expertise, ability to craft compelling stories and evidence big ideas.
Strong collaboration, persuasion, and influence skills.
Ability to operate effectively within a complex matrix environment.
Experience selling and negotiating large-scale or cross-functional solutions.
Excellent communication, organizational, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned.
