🚀Your Impact Starts Here

As aSenior Biostatistician, you’ll take the lead on biostatistics and programming activities for studies of moderate complexity — from planning and monitoring to execution and delivery. Your work will be critical to ensuring clinical trials are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.


🔍What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll drive key statistical tasks including:

  • Contributing to protocol development: study design, sample size calculations, and patient randomization
  • Designing case report forms with statistical input
  • Creating statistical analysis plans and defining derived data
  • Designing and reviewing tables, listings, and figures for clinical study reports
  • Performing data analysis and interpreting results
  • Writing the statistical methods sections of integrated reports
  • Ensuring consistency across a program of studies

Bonus: Experience in Oncology is a plus — but not essential.


🎓What We’re Looking For

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in a biostatistics role within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
  • Strong grasp of applied parametric/nonparametric statistics and solid SAS programming skills
  • In-depth knowledge of study designs and clinical trial methodology
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate complex statistical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
