The AIEngineer will be a key addition to Causaly’s AI organisation. Youwill work alongside an interdisciplinary team of experts to buildscalable and robust solutions to highly complex NLP problems thatdrive business impact. You will develop and implement cutting-edgemachine learning algorithms to help us extract valuable insightsfrom large biomedical datasets. Responsibilities: - Lead thedevelopment and optimization of machine learning models andalgorithms for processing and extracting insights from scientificliterature. - Collaborate with Research Engineers to experimentwith new ideas, evaluate models, and improve performance. - Workwith the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of machinelearning models into Causaly's platform, ensuring accuracy,efficiency, and scalability. - Participate in code reviews andensure high-quality standards for all deliverables. - Stayup-to-date with the latest research and advancements in machinelearning and related fields. What we're looking for - Stronganalytical and proven problem-solving skills. - Experiencefine-tuning LLMs for NLP tasks in industry. - Demonstrable industryexperience delivering AI/ML frameworks for a product. - Expertisein working with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Tensorflow,scikit-learn, Langchain. - Experience with DL architectures such astransformers/CNNs. - Excellent programming skills in Python andobject-oriented paradigm. - Agile software development experience.Preferred Qualifications - Experience in Biomedical data orcomputational sciences. - Experience in cloud platforms such as GCPor AWS. - Experience with MLOps/LLMOps frameworks and bestpractices.
