Job Description:

We’re not just another agency. We’re the agency that’s shaping conversations in healthcare that matter. Previously recognised as PRWeek’s Global Agency of the Year, one of AdAge’s Standout Agencies, and EY’s only double winner of the National Equality Standard, we blend purpose, strategy, and creativity to change lives — and win Lions while we’re at it.
We’re now on the lookout for a Senior Account Director to join our high-performing healthcare practice. This is a rare opportunity to lead integrated campaigns for some of the most exciting names in pharma, biotech and health-tech. If you’re a strategic thinker, a natural client leader and passionate about meaningful communications, this role is for you.
The Role
As

Senior Account Director , you’ll:
Lead integrated communications programmes across product launches, reputation, disease awareness and more.
Serve as a senior point of contact for top-tier clients, offering trusted counsel and building long-term partnerships.
Craft and execute strategies that span media relations, digital, influencer, patient advocacy, KOL engagement and thought leadership.
Manage campaign delivery, timelines and budgets — with excellence.
Inspire and develop a talented team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Stay ahead of healthcare regulations (EFPIA, ABPI, FDA etc.), ensuring every output is compliant and credible.
Drive new business opportunities and help shape the future of our growing healthcare offer.
About You
You’re an experienced healthcare communications professional with:
Strong agency experience in pharmaceutical and/or health-tech communications.
Excellent client handling and an ability to distil complexity into compelling narratives.
A collaborative mindset, with a track record of mentoring and inspiring teams.
The Team & Culture
You’ll join a vibrant, international team of strategists, scientists, creatives, journalists, and advocates — all united by a shared mission to shape better health outcomes through smart, strategic communication. We work across CVRM, rare disease, oncology, women’s health, AI-powered informatics, and more — delivering work that’s both human and high-impact.
A few things we think you’ll love:
A friendly and inclusive team with a global reach
Opportunities to work across multi-market campaigns and collaborate across our Omnicom network
A clear pathway for growth, development and leadership
Global mobility and secondment opportunities
Flexible hybrid working with a culture that truly values work-life balance
Amazing Culture Club perks – from rooftop yoga to in-house massages
Comprehensive wellbeing and benefits package (including BUPA, generous parental leave, gym membership, fertility & menopause support)
Generous holidays, including birthday leave, Christmas closure and sabbatical options
Ready to shape the future of healthcare communications?
We will always treat your data in the strictest confidence. For further information our Data & Privacy policy is located on ourwebsite.
Apologies in advance but due to the high volume of applications we receive we aren't always able to respond to every application individually.
