Polytec are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Graduate Sales Executive for our Cambridge based client.
This is a fantastic entry point into commercial biotech. You'll support the growing Sales team in driving customer acquisition and accelerating business growth. You'll work across departments, gain hands-on experience and be part of a fast-moving company in one of the most exciting areas of life science innovation.
Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying potential leads and supporting outreach efforts
  • Qualifying prospects and coordinating introductory meetings
  • Scheduling and preparing for key industry events and conferences
  • Assisting with sales materials-emails, presentations and proposals
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and sales progress
  • Ensuring CRM data (HubSpot) is accurate and up-to-date
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and learn the product inside out
    Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related life sciences field
  • Some postgraduate experience-such as an internship in sales, consulting, or a commercial role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
  • Interest in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
  • A passion for biotech and an eagerness to learn
