What you will do:

Prepare and evaluate new product proposals.
Undertake laboratory-scale product development and prepare samples for assessment.
Assess new raw materials and collaborate with suppliers.
Provide technical support to commercial teams.
Support R&D projects and data collection.
Keep up to date with industry innovations.
Produce quality documentation and ensure processes are right first time. What you'll need to succeed:

A degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry, Forensic Science, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office proficiency
Customer-facing experience and a UK driver's licence are desirable.What's on offer:

A starting salary of up to £25,500, rising to £27,000 after probation.
Pension scheme, potential annual bonus, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays
Flexible working: You will work 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with start times between 7:30 am and 9:30 am
