The company


Hartmann Young is partnered with an innovative medical diagnostics company based in London; they're poised for rapid growth and expansion into new strategic partnerships and are looking to add a Sales Manager (UK & EU) to their team.


The role


You'll oversee sales efforts for DNA and RNA sample extraction products, along with clinical pathogen detection diagnostics, across the UK and Europe. This position merges direct sales with sales and marketing management duties, requiring a deep knowledge of the clinical laboratory market. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to bring on new accounts and expand business within existing accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in clinical laboratories, including pathologists, microbiologists, and laboratory managers.


The person


  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in medical device or diagnostic sales.
  • Experience in sales management (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the clinical laboratory market and diagnostic testing procedures.
  • Knowledge of DNA and RNA sample extraction and clinical pathogen detection technologies would also be beneficial.
