Corin is looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our team within Clinical Technology across Hampshire and Dorset! Corin is a growing global orthopaedic innovation business, with a vision to revolutionize the field, by integrating advanced robotic and AI technologies (Apollo, OMNIBotics and OPS) for planning, implementation, and continuous learning with its unique combination of clinically proven hip and knee implants.


As a Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth through the strength of client relationships (healthcare professionals, surgeons, and key decision-makers) and the implementation of effective sales strategies. You will actively contribute to achievement (and exceeding) of sales targets whilst always ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained and we continue to expand Corin's market presence in the orthopaedic sector.


The Sales Executive role will be a remote position, with regular travel to meet with clients (new and existing) and continue to expand your knowledge and network as required.


The key responsibilities of the Sales Executive are to;

  • Drive profitable sales growth through the implementation of effective strategies on the local territory
  • Grow existing business as well as develop new business across the territory
  • Have a comprehensive knowledge of the UK orthopaedic market, including product expertise across the Hip, Knee, and Extremity portfolios, and interact with key opinion leaders (KOL) on the territory.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the technologies supporting the products – RPM, OMNI, and OPS to maximize sales and improve patient outcomes.
  • Showcase the benefits of Corin's products through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide high standards and levels of service within hospitals through suitable training.
  • Develop a deep knowledge of portfolio products and surgical techniques for Corin and major competitors.
  • Stay informed about clinical publications and the latest information relevant to the portfolio.
  • Interact closely with sales and management teams, customer service, marketing, development teams, logistics, and finance to maximize the impact of products in the market.
  • Lead the launch of new products and manage the life cycle of existing products.
  • Project manage effectively to utilize internal resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820.
  • Ensure that process and timeline requirements for Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA) are met in accordance with Corin’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and in support of Corin’s Global Objectives for CAPA.


The ideal Sales Executive for Corin will have:

  • The ability to travel – Full clean driving license essential.
  • high degree of orthopaedic experience and business acumen.
  • Comfortable working in a surgical environment, with previous experience of attending surgeries related to hips or knees.
  • A degree or equivalent in Biomedical engineering, Science, or Nursing would be highly advantageous.
  • A good level of drive and determination to deliver on the expectations of a rapidly growing orthopaedic company.
  • Proven sales success and negotiation skills.
  • A good understanding of the modern orthopaedic market to achieve success with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to keep up to date with developments.
  • The ability to work unsupervised, be self-motivated, and have strong initiative as this is a field-based role.
  • Good communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • An appreciation of business considerations, marketplace, clinical, and corporate imperatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
