Location: Bognor Regis
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Permanent
Sessions: 4 to 8 per week (days negotiable, with remote options)
Pay: £10,500 - £12,000+ per session (up to £96,000/year, DOE)
Expected Hours: 27 - 37.5 per week
About the Role
Are you a qualified GP seeking a fulfilling, balanced role? Our friendly, progressive GP practice by the sea in Bognor Regis offers an exceptional opportunity to practice medicine without the heavy admin burden.
What You Can Expect:
13-14 patient appointments per session (mix of telephone and face-to-face)
Typically 12.5-minute appointments
Minimal admin (regular admin GP cover)
Very few home visits (approximately 1 per fortnight, covered by ANPs)
Dedicated support team and collaborative environment
Remote sessions available (for GPs working 5+ sessions/week)
Visa sponsorship available
Paid medical indemnity
Flexible session arrangements: 4-8 sessions per week
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations
Diagnose conditions and develop personalised treatment plans
Administer appropriate medications and interventions
Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
Educate patients on health maintenance and prevention
Maintain accurate and compliant patient records
Contribute to public health initiatives and community care
Occasionally provide care in home/nursing home/ICU settings

Who We're Looking For
GMC-registered medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
Experience in general practice or similar clinical setting
Excellent diagnostic, communication, and organisational skills
Enthusiasm for collaborative team-based care
Commitment to continuous professional development
Experience with elderly care (desirable but not essential)
