Safety, Health & Environment Advisor
Location: Dartford, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Excellent Benefits & Flexible Working Hours

We're partnering with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, to recruit a SHE Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values long-term development and offers exposure to both local and international SHE practices.

Based in Dartford, this full-time role reports to the SHE Manager, and offers flexibility over working hours. Occasional travel to other sites within the EMEA region is required.

Responsibilities of the Safety, Health & Environment Advisor will include:

Supporting the growth and promotion of a strong SHE culture focused on safeguarding the health and safety of employees, contractors, and visitors.
Partnering with line management to champion SHE best practices and drive employee engagement at all levels.
Assessing risks and collaborating with teams to develop and implement robust control measures.

The successful Safety, Health & Environment Advisor will have:

Experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, ideally from within a pharmaceutical or chemical environment
Preferably NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) or working towards
A good technical knowledge of ISO standards
