You can be based anywhere in the UK but you would need to be prepared to travel to the Birmingham office once or twice per month

This role would suit someone with Epidemiology who is confident in analysis and who would be confident in writing both project proposals and grant proposals.

The Role:
- Lead and deliver real-world evidence (RWE) research projects, including study design, analysis, and reporting.
- Write and submit research proposals and grant applications for academic and industry funding
- Support clients by providing expert guidance on software use and research methodology
- Prepare research outputs like abstracts, posters, reports, and ensure projects meet scientific and regulatory standards
- This will mostly be remote with travel once a month into the Birmingham office as well as rare travel to conferences in support of the Director

The Person:
- Must have a relevant understanding of epidemiological and RWE projects
- You will ideally be able to demonstrate confidence in writing both project proposals and grant proposals
- Happy to join a start up with clear financial backing where you will play a huge role in the success of the business
