Sanius Health is an AI-powered patient-generated data platform with a focus on accelerating personalised medicine, drug discovery and clinical research for cancer treatment, haematological malignancies, haematological disorders and rare diseases. We are the largest Sickle Cell Disease Integrated patient ecosystem, and are expanding this to include other conditions. We partner with passionate patients, treatment centres, researchers, developers of therapeutics and regulators in advancing outcomes for patients through our health data platform.

About This Role
The role will be ideal for post-graduates with experience in the digital and/or healthcare space with a background in data science, public health, biomedical sciences, or related fields who bring solid hands-on experience with R Studio and a track record of successful grant writing or funding proposals. You’ll be contributing to multiple strategic projects — from data-focused partnerships to research coordination and content generation for funding and academic collaborations. This role will allow you to learn at a very fast pace, and you will be exposed to all aspects of our business.
The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder and provide support across multiple work streams and verticals. We are looking for someone who is an operationally-minded problem solver, who can help us to iterate and bring our patient ecosystem to true scale. The perfect candidate will be ambitious, excited by the prospect of working with super-smart teammates who have helped to scale multiple businesses across healthcare. As well as being a self-starter, we’re looking for someone who is looking to build strong, respectful working relationships with our partners and internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Drafting scientific, data, and research proposals, including funding and grant applications
Developing and managing data partnerships, including agreements and ethics documentation
Supporting clinical teams with protocols, PIS/PL drafting, and publications
Designing and contributing to analysis pipelines using R Studio (and optionally Python)
Preparing internal and external research decks and presentation content
Supporting the delivery of strategic and research-focused projects across geographies
Coordinating with researchers, partners, and academic collaborators
Key Qualities and Skills
Strong experience with R Studio for data analysis, statistical modelling, and data visualisation
Proven grant writing ability with examples of successfully secured funding
Excellent scientific writing and communication skills
Experience working in a healthcare, digital health, or research-focused environment
Ability to produce well-structured proposals, presentations, and reports
Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and intellectual curiosity
Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with clinical and academic stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Based in or able to commute to Canary Wharf, London
