They’re looking for a Director tolead major brand tracking research programs—a key role within theirEuropean Custom Research division. This company has a strongreputation for delivering high-quality, data-driven insights thathelp shape branding, advertising, and strategic decision-making inhealthcare. In this role, you’ll be leading multi-market,multi-wave tracking programs worth around $5 million annually.You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensureresearch is delivered on time, on scope, and to the higheststandard. You’ll also collaborate with analytics, operations, anddata teams, while mentoring mid-to-senior-level staff to ensurebest practices across projects. The ideal candidate will havesignificant experience in quantitative market research withinhealthcare, ideally with a focus on brand tracking or syndicatedstudies. Strong project leadership, client management, andlong-term research planning skills are a must, and experience withAI-driven insights would be a bonus.
