We're proud to be working with a leading and well-established name in the building services industry, known for its strong values, technical excellence, and engineer-first approach. Due to continued growth, they're now looking to add another talented Service Engineer to their team.

?High-Quality Tools & Equipment- You'll be equipped with a high-spec, fully-racked van (with private use!) and your own tablet for job management.
?Supportive Team Culture- Join a tight-knit group of highly skilled engineers with ongoing support from technical specialists.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Attending commercial and industrial client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration systems.

  • Fault-finding, service, and maintenance across sectors such as food production, pharmaceuticals, office spaces, and more.

  • Working with top-tier equipment from brands like Mitsubishi, Daikin, Panasonic, and Fujitsu.

  • Managing jobs and reports via tablet; travelling to sites using your own company van.


What's On Offer?


  • £39,000 - £43,000 basic salary

  • Door-to-Door (D2D) paid travel

  • 40-hour week + optional overtime

  • 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays

  • Company van with personal use

  • Regular manufacturer and in-house training

  • Company pension

  • Standby rota currently 1 in 3 (with standby allowance + call-out pay)
    (This will improve as more engineers join the team.)


What You'll Need


  • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Service Engineer - some air conditioning experience is a bonus.

  • F-Gas (C&G 2079 or equivalent) and full UK driving licence.

  • NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant HVACR field (advantageous).

  • Willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check due to the nature of client sites (e.g., schools, hospitals).
