Job Description
We're currently working with a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing and delivering

innovative therapies for serious and hard-to-treat diseases . Their work spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, including

oncology, immunology, urology, neuroscience, and regenerative medicine .
They specialise in:
Research and development

of new medicines, particularly in areas with limited treatment options
Advanced therapies

such as

cell and gene therapy ,

mRNA-based treatments , and

immuno-oncology
Clinical trials

and

regulatory support
The Recruitment Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving excellence across recruitment processes, systems, and service delivery. This position supports the Interim Head of Talent Acquisition in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of recruitment operations aligned with strategic hiring objectives.
The focus is on optimizing the full recruitment lifecycle, improving the experience for both candidates and hiring managers, and supporting data-informed decision-making. Acting as a central coordinator, the role ensures consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across different regions and functions.
Reporting to the Interim Head of Talent Acquisition, the Recruitment Operations Manager collaborates with Talent Acquisition teams, HR Business Partners, People Partners, and key stakeholders to deliver a high-quality, scalable recruitment service.
Requirements:
Recruitment Operations Expertise:

Proven experience managing or supporting recruitment operations in a fast-paced, multi-region environment.
Process Improvement Experience : Strong track record of identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement across recruitment workflows.
Hands-on experience with ATS and recruitment tools

(SuccessFactors preferred), with a focus on optimization and automation.
