The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding exceptional talent for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief to candidate placement.
  
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  
  
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract talent.
  
  
• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
  
  
• Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics.
