Location: London City

Our office is located at Tower 42, near Bank, in the heart of the City of London. It offers a bright, airy environment with a dedicated concierge team to enhance your office experience.

Package: Competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission based on individual monthly billings, with excellent holiday entitlement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Using sales, business development, marketing, and networking techniques to attract new and existing business.
  2. Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  3. Managing all aspects of the 360 recruitment process for candidates and clients.
  4. Headhunting and approaching suitable candidates.
  5. Reviewing applications, managing interviews, and shortlisting candidates.
  6. Briefing candidates on key responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
  7. Managing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Negotiating rates and finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
  9. Attending client meetings.

The Successful Recruitment Consultant will have:

  • A driven and motivated attitude with a goal to excel.
  • Previous recruitment experience is helpful, especially in Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, or Renewable Energy, but we are open to other areas.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build solid relationships.
  • A positive attitude and determination to be the best in your market.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all recruitment cycle aspects.
  • Ability to attend and contribute to client meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior consultants is a bonus.
