The Purpose

The role involves reviewing and dispositioning batch documentation, performing Quality Assurance checks, and providing support to the QA Manager.

The Candidate

Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and relevant quality management systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with quality management software is a plus.

The Role

Review and approve batch documentation.
Conduct Quality Assurance checks on finished products.
Ensure only compliant products are released for shipment.
Maintain effective communication with customers regarding batch disposition.
Verify correct labelling of finished products according to batch status.
Manage and store retain samples as required.
Ensure batch documentation is correctly filed.
Identify, raise, and investigate batch-related non-conformances (NCs).
Assist the Quality Managers as required
