Title: QA Specialist
Location: Hampshire
Salary: up to £38,000 dependant on experience
Term: Permanent

SRG is exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturer of personal care and cosmetic products, based in Hampshire. Due to company growth, they are now looking for a QA Specialist to join the team. This company has a supportive and collaborative culture, and pride themselves on internal career development. This role would suit candidates with proven experience in a quality assurance or compliance role preferably within the Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals or similarly regulated industry.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week, 33days holiday
Role / Description

Responsible for the management of the QMS including monitoring, SOP creation, change control evaluation and reporting
Writing and reviewing non-conformances including NCRs, CAPAs, RCA, Deviations and Complaints.
Lead all internal audits while ensuring to give detailed feedback to ensure audit readiness In the future
Complete and take part in external audits requested but customers, suppliers and regulatory trade bodies
Work with Production, Manufacturing, R&D to ensure the effective use of the QMS
Support with the implementation of GMP throughout the site
Ensure new products meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Developing and manage small continuous improvement projectsRequirements

Proven experience in a quality assurance or compliance role preferably within the Cosmetics, Pharmaceuticals or similarly regulated industry.
ISO Lead Auditor qualification (preferred).
Recent experience working within quality standards (ISO 22716) and GMP requirements.
Strong written and oral communication skills & Strong attention to details
Full right to work in the UK, there is no sponsorship available for this role
